1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and million99 ("million99," "we," "us," or "our"). Access to and use of the million99 Platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on million99, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the million99 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of placing any bet or accessing any game.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of million99 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the million99 Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

million99 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the million99 Platform, you must create a registered account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential and secure.
• Notify million99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

million99 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

million99 supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your million99 account are credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. million99 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes displayed on the Platform.
• Verification: million99 may require KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing withdrawals, including government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). million99 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting million99 support is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension and legal action.

million99 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

million99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus not used within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
• million99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated tools, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account termination.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the million99 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting designed to manipulate game or sports outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favor without reporting them to million99.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing million99 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the million99 Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the million99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and data compilations — is the property of million99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform without prior written consent from million99.

Any unauthorized use of million99's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law. million99 reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, million99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to secure your credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content or information on the Platform.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond million99's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you based on information or odds displayed on the Platform.

In no event shall million99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your million99 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming

million99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options accessible from your account dashboard.

If you believe your gambling is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to:

• Use the self-exclusion tool in your account settings to temporarily or permanently restrict access.
• Set deposit and loss limits to control your spending.
• Take regular breaks and avoid chasing losses.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

million99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact with million99 support.
• Violation of PAGCOR regulations or applicable Philippine law.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, million99 will process any remaining balance in your account (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) in accordance with applicable regulations, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting million99 customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to million99's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

You agree that any claim or cause of action arising out of your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

12. Amendments to These Terms

million99 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the million99 Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, million99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
